Oltre ai vari marchi c’é un elemento fondamentale ed utile per valutare la qualità del prodotto che si vuole acquistare, ed è la garanzia che rilascia l’azienda. Più è lunga la sua copertura, più l’Azienda è consapevole di proporre materiali e componenti di indubbia qualità. Anche se la legge Europea obbliga interventi in garanzia per un periodo di 2 anni, Le Nuove Kucine estende la garanzia sui propri prodotti e sul montaggio degli stessi per un periodo di 5 anni dal momento dell’acquisto.
5 anni di garanzia sul prodotto e sul montaggio.
La garanzia riguarda i vizi di costruzione del prodotto e le avarie generate da un montaggio che non risulti eseguito a regola d’arte. Le riparazioni effettuate in garanzia non daranno luogo a prolungamenti o rinnovi della stessa. La garanzia copre per 5 anni tutte le parti componenti il mobile eccetto lampade, elettrodomestici e cappe per i quali vale la garanzia della rispettiva casa produttrice. Non sono coperte da garanzia le avarie causate da trascuratezza, negligenza, manomissione, incapacità d’uso, riparazioni o installazioni effettuate da personale non autorizzato o, comunque, per cause non dipendenti da Le Nuove Kucine. Non sono coperte da garanzia le avarie causate da collegamenti elettrici ed idraulici non certificati da un tecnico autorizzato. Entro i primi ventiquattro mesi di decorrenza della garanzia Le Nuove Kucine si impegna a sostituire o riparare gratuitamente quei pezzi che dovessero risultare difettosi all’origine o non correttamente installati. Successivamente a tale periodo verranno addebitati il diritto di chiamata e le spese di trasporto e di trasferta che si renderanno necessarie. Il ripristino delle parti verrà effettuato da personale autorizzato, nei limiti di tempo compatibili con le esigenze organizzative di Le Nuove Kucine. Le Nuove Kucine è libera di apportare variazioni estetiche o di cessare la fornitura di un determinato modello. In tal caso i ricambi saranno forniti garantendo la parte funzionale e l’estetica più similare. Non possono essere considerati vizi le variazioni naturali del legno e delle vernici quali: variazioni di tinta, lucidità e piccole variazioni dimensionali dovute all’equilibrio legno-umidità ambiente. (La luce tende a modificare i colori ed in particolare il colore del legno. Devono quindi essere accettare differenze di tinta tra il prodotto nuovo e quello già esposto alla luce. Gli elementi nuovi tendono comunque ad uniformarsi con il tempo). Per qualsiasi controversia relativa all’applicazione e all’interpretazione della presente garanzia sarà competente, in via esclusiva, l’autorità giudiziaria di Padova.
Alcune qualità nascoste di una buona cucina.
Le tecniche costruttive e i pregi funzionali: come riconoscerli? Il primo suggerimento è quello di non limitarsi al solo giudizio estetico. È questo un approccio superficiale, non utile all’approfondimento della valutazione del prodotto. E neppure il prezzo più o meno conveniente deve essere motivo di scelta, almeno nella fase iniziale. Consigliamo allora di esaminare uno per uno i diversi componenti della kucina. Alcuni esempi:
Il fusto/la struttura. Il fusto contenitore è l’elemento strutturale della kucina. L’idea che esso possa essere costruito con materiali scadenti perché parte non in vista e quindi di minore importanza è sbagliata. Sul fusto infatti vengono montati tutti i componenti: piedini, cerniere, ante, tops, dotazioni interne, attacchi metallici. E in esso vanno inseriti gli elettrodomestici. Quindi la sua resistenza deve essere garantita per tutta la vita della kucina. Le nuove Kucine usa pannelli di legno riciclato (UNI EN), idrofugo V 100, nobilitato melaminico antigraffio (120 gr/mq) di classe E1 spessore 18 mm, nel rispetto delle normative europee.
I collanti. La qualità della colla impiegata nell’unione dei bordi con il pannello è di fondamentale importanza per impedire l’accesso all’acqua e al vapore. I professionisti che collaborano con noi utilizzano termocollanti igroreattivi e termoresistenti capaci di sopportare temperature dai -70° ai +150°. Sono resistenti all’acqua e al vapore grazie alla reazione chimica di reticolazione che ne impedisce il distacco.
Le cerniere. Il ruolo della cerniera è di grande importanza: deve essere solida, resistente all’uso, di facile regolazione. Nessun risparmio è consentito su di essa, nè per qualità nè per quantità. Noi usiamo cerniere con aggancio rapido, con tripla regolazione ed apertura a 110° e 170°, protette in bagno galvanico per resistere a vapori e agenti chimici. Sono collaudate per 200.000 aperture e certificate da LGA secondo la normativa tedesca.
I cassetti e le guide. Cassetti e cestoni hanno fianchi in acciaio, chiusura con richiamo automatico e fermo di fine corsa, scorrimento dolce e silenzioso. L’estrazione è totale per un completo accesso interno e sopportano un carico massimo di 65 Kg. Sono dotati di un sistema che permette l’estrazione perfetta dei cassetti anche se all’interno il contenuto non è uniformemente distribuito.
Attacco e barra reggipensile. L’aggancio a parete del pensile deve resistere a qualsiasi sovraccarico. Per tale scopo le Nuove Kucine adottano attacchi e barre testati dalla tedesca LGA con portata fino a 65 kg.
L’aspirazione. E’ un aspetto spesso trascurato e sottovalutato dell’ambiente cucina. Alcuni vantaggi di un’aspirazione efficace:
- Un ambiente salubre in cui cucinare e godere piacevolmente della preparazione del cibo poiché gli odori vengono eliminati;
- Maggiore igiene e una pulizia più facile e veloce della cucina poiché i grassi di cottura vengono raccolti nei filtri metallici e non si depositano su mobili e piano cottura;
- Un apporto di aria fresca nell’ambiente e nelle stanze attigue con l’eliminazione dell’aria viziata;

5 years warranty on product and installation.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure of the product generated by an assembly that does not result performed in a workmanlike manner.
The warranty period starts from the certified date of the receipt or the transport document and is valid only for the original purchaser.
Repairs carried out under guarantee do not give rise to extensions or renewals thereof.
The warranty is for 5 years for all components except the cabinet lamps, appliances and hoods for which the guarantee applies to the respective manufacturer.
Breakdowns caused by neglect, negligence, tampering, inability to use, repairs or installations made by unauthorized personnel or otherwise, for reasons not attributable to The New Kučine are not covered by the warranty cover.
Breakdowns caused by electrical and hydraulic connections not been certified by an authorized technician are not covered by the warranty. Within the first twenty-four months of the warranty duration the New Kučine will replace or repair free of charge any parts that are defective in origin or not properly installed.
After this period the right to call, transport costs and necessary travel expenses will be charged.
The parts restoration will be carried out by authorized personnel, within the limits of time compatible with the organizational requirements of The New Kučine.
The New Kučine is free to make changes in design or to discontinue the provision of a particular model. In this case, the parts will be provided by ensuring the functional part and the aesthetics more similar.
Vices can not be considered the natural variations of the wood and paints such as variations in color, clarity and small dimensional variations due to equilibrium wood-moisture environment. (The light tends to change the colors and in particular the color of the wood. Differences in hue between the new product and the already exposed to light must therefore be accepted. New elements, however, tend to conform with time).
Any dispute relating to the application and interpretation of this warranty will be responsible exclusively the judicial authority of Padua.

Construction techniques and functional qualities: how to recognize them?
The first tip is to not to restrict to purely aesthetic judgment. This is a superficial approach, not useful to deepen the evaluation of the product.
Nor the price more or less affordable should be a reason for choice, at least in the initial phase.
We recommend then to examine them one by one the different components of Kucina. A few examples:
The stem / structure
The stem container is the structural element of Kucina.
The idea that it can be built with substandard materials since it’s a part not visible and therefore less important is wrong. On the stem are mounted in fact all components: feet, hinges, doors, tops, interior fittings, metal fittings. And it must be entered appliances. So its strength shall be guaranteed for the entire life of Kucina.
The new Kučine uses recycled wood panels (EN), V 100 waterproof, scratch resistant melamine (120 gr / sqm) class E1 thickness 18 mm, in compliance with European standards.
Adhesives.
The quality of glue used in the union of the edges with the panel is of paramount importance to prevent access to water and steam. The professionals who work with us are using fusible water-reactive heat resistant and able to withstand temperatures from -70 ° to +150 °. They are water resistant and steam resistant through the chemical reaction of crosslinking which prevents the detachment.
Hinges.
The role of the hinge is of great importance: it must be hard, wear-resistant, easy to adjust. No savings is allowed upon it, neither for quality nor for quantity. We use hinges with quick-release, with triple adjustment and opening to 110° and 170°, protected in a galvanic bath to withstand vapours and chemicals. They are tested to 200,000 openings and certified by LGA according to German law.
The drawers and guides
Drawers and baskets have steel sides, soft close automatic end stop, sliding silently and effortlessly. The extraction is complete for a complete internal access and withstand a maximum load of 50 kg are equipped with a system that allows the extraction of drawers perfect even if within the content is not evenly distributed.
Attack and bar hanging bracket.
Docking to the wall of the cabinet must withstand any overload. To this end, the New Kučine adopt attacks and bars tested by the German LGA with capacity up to 65 kg.
The suction
It ‘an aspect often overlooked and undervalued in the kitchen.
Some advantages of effective suction:

Garantie
En plus des marques, il y a un élément fondamental pour évaluer la qualité du produit: la garantie; plus sa couverture est longue, plus la société sait qu’elle propose des matériaux de grande qualité. Le Nuove Kucine donne une garantie de 5 ans sur le produit et sur le montage, quand la loi européenne impose 2 ans uniquement. Cette garantie couvre les vices de construction du produit et d’éventuels problèmes liés à un montage qui n’aurait pas été effectué selon les règles. L’électroménager et les hottes sont couverts par les garanties des fabricants.
